What does it cost workers?

Nothing to start. Workers only ever see the 2.9% Finqle DirectPay fee when they're actually paid — no payment, no fee. No subscription, no hidden costs.

Is my data GDPR/AVG compliant?

Yes.
- Data hosted in EU (Google Cloud EU-West / AWS EU-Central)
- Per-tenant isolation (logical + network)
- GDPR retention rules enforced automatically
- Signed DPA provided before processing worker data
- ID verification runs through Veriff (EU processor, certified)

Who is the Data Controller for worker data?

You (the staffing agency/employer) are the Controller. Rational HRM B.V. acts as Processor under a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Workers' rights requests (access, deletion, etc.) go to you as Controller, who instructs us as Processor.

Can I use Rational HRM for non-Dutch operations?

The platform is purpose-built for Dutch labour law. While the core ATS/CRM/scheduling works internationally, compliance features (WAB, DBA, CAO, UWV, IND) are Netherlands-specific. Contact us for multi-country requirements.

1. Timesheet approved by recruiter + employer (two-key for high-risk)
2. CAO math runs automatically (base + surcharges: shift, weekend, holiday, overtime)
3. Finqle DirectPay settles worker instantly (SEPA Instant, <10 seconds)
4. Every step audit-logged for compliance
5. Agency invoiced per agreed billing cycle

NLEBIKE (nlebike.com) — E-Commerce

What e-bike brands do you sell?

We are an authorized dealer for Engwe and carry models including:
- Engine Series: Engine Pro 2.0, Engine Pro 3.0 Boost, Engine X, Engine X Combo
- LE Series: LE20, LE20 3.0 Pro, LE20 Boost
- M Series: M20 Combo, M1
- X Series: X26, X24, X20

We also sell accessories: batteries, chargers, storage/transport, safety/security, upgrades, smart components, phone mounts.

What is the warranty on e-bikes?

All e-bikes carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty claims: Contact support@nlebike.com with order number, photos/video of issue. We coordinate with manufacturer for repair/replacement.

What are the shipping options?

Tracking: Provided via email and 17TRACK integration.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. We never store full card numbers.

What is your return policy?

Consumers (B2C): 14-day cooling-off period under EU Distance Selling Directive.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
- Return shipping costs borne by customer unless product is defective/damaged
- Refund within 14 days of receiving returned goods

Business (B2B): Returns by agreement only. Contact sales before ordering.

Defective products: Covered by warranty (see above) — we arrange pickup/repair/replacement at our cost.

What is your policy on AI and automated decisions?

AI Output is advisory only — it does not constitute legal, tax, HR, or financial advice.
- Rational HRM: Workers have right to human review of AI classification (Art. 22 GDPR) — routed to two-key approval, audit-logged
- NLEBIKE: Product recommendations only — no automated decisions with legal effect
- AdMun Core: AI assists development/security — all output reviewed by engineers

How do you handle cookies?

What law applies to my contract?

Dutch law governs all agreements with AdMun. Exclusive jurisdiction: 's-Gravenhage (The Hague) courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. CISG excluded.
